1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sidekin Aff. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (sidekinaff.com) and the cleaning services provided by Sidekin Aff ("Service"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Services Description

Sidekin Aff provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to, regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services.

The specific services to be provided, including the scope of work, frequency, and pricing, will be agreed upon between Sidekin Aff and the client before the commencement of services.

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

Cleaning services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. We will confirm the date and time of service based on availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows

If our cleaning team arrives at your location and cannot gain access due to reasons not attributable to Sidekin Aff, a no-show fee of 75% of the service price may be charged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services can be made by credit card, debit card, electronic funds transfer, or other methods as specified on our website or in our service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

For recurring services, we may require pre-authorization for payment, which will be processed after each cleaning service is completed.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to ongoing clients before the implementation of new rates.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the cleaning needs and property details
  • Ensuring our cleaning team has access to the premises at the scheduled time
  • Securing or removing valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service
  • Informing us of any special instructions or areas to avoid during cleaning
  • Notifying us of any pets on the premises and ensuring they are secured during the cleaning service

6. Service Guarantee and Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

If we fail to correct the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services at our discretion.

7. Damage and Liability

Sidekin Aff carries insurance to cover damages that may occur during our cleaning services. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Damage due to faulty or improper installation of items
  • Damage to items that are inherently fragile or require special handling unless specifically agreed upon
  • Damages not directly caused by our cleaning team

8. Website Use

The content on our website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Sidekin Aff and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials on our website without our explicit permission
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Repeated late or non-payment for services
  • Unreasonable demands outside the scope of agreed services

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using our website or services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
